Maybe they can add it to the database manually, ask on bugs/suggestions category or open a ticket.

Other games that were removed from steam still have the ability to make GA's though. Like Clive Barker's Jericho and Cryostasis to name a couple... So that is quite odd.

they have not manually added it back in yet!! have to give them some time that is why the people that gave it away are not getting cv right now for it.
