Question about steam keys

Hi, is there any way to know which account activated a key? Because i have a problem with one that says its duplicate and need to know. Thanks

(Any comments saying it is already activated and things like that are not necessary)

Only Valve knows..and I don't think they'd tell you.

Submit a ticket to Steam support.If you are able to provide evidence that the key was purchased by you then they should be able to comply with your request.
Usually they'll require something concrete like a receipt or whatever,but you get the idea.
