Deep Silver's keys tend not to match the SteamDB entries and they are none to have NA only keys - though I have seen posts that indicate they lump Australia in with NA. Either way you shouldn't be creating giveaways for these and won't qualify for a re-roll if there is any issue.

apparently that list is incorrect
for example i'm from portugal and i was able to activate all of them.
and at the steam store i'm row too
but yeah, that list it's really weird :D

I won a US key, couldn't activate it in Sweden, which is ROW. Deep silver is meh!

Keys seem to be NA+ROW restricted
