BF3 Multiplayer never worked (edit: for me)

Whenever I load the multilayer, I always get kicked by punk buster for some error. I at first could never connect to a server,and even customer support could not help me with that like two years ago, (but I can now connect), but within two minutes, Punk buster always kicks me for some weird error. I am not botting or hacking or anything! I even reinstalled the game and it still doesn't work. If you guys don't know what to do I will load up my pc and get the error here, in case if any of you have had, and been able to resolve it. I however can play the story mode if that helps.

I had this problem. A full re-install solved it. If I remember right, punkbuster is still in setup if you dont remove it manually after the uninstall. Make sure punkbuster is also removed and re-download the whole game.
