Is there a program, which let's you to double bind a key?

Hey guys,

I've been playing this game ever since it got released for PS Vita. I have played the heck out of it, and I still would like to, but my Vita got some water in it, and now its buttons are not registered at all. Fortunately I have this game on Steam, but I don't have a controller. That wasn't a problem before, since I've played a lot of games with keyboard, which were only enjoyable with a controller.

So, does someone know a program, which lets me double bind a key? For example: I want to bind W to uparrow, A to leftarrow, S to downarrow, D to rightarrow. Thanks for the help in advance!

IIRC Autohotkey can do something like that.
