You might want to wait 1-2 days so the stats are updated. You won't see an 8000+ increase, though. I'm sure a lot (if not most) of the keys will end on the grey market, or will be used to trade (barter has ~12 keys available for trade right now).

It was "given away" (sold) on HRK for a few gems, and it's also currently offered on Orlygift (raffle) so it definitely should affect the total owners on Steam (Orlygift "enforces" you to activate the game you win on your Steam account).

Actually, there's nothing wrong with Ragecry's post. The rule against solicitation and begging is not relevant if someone says "I have spare keys" with the implication that they're up for grabs. Now if someone had posted in the thread saying "Hey, can I get a spare key please? Someone give it to me." that would be a rules violation. Now, granted, the original post doesn't say "comment if you want them" or anything like that, but it's not a bad assumption.
