Dead Island GOTY (not the remasted, original).
Searching in the "Entered" category comes up with 8 full pages and a part of a 9th of entered giveaways. With 50 giveaways per page (discounting the few with multiple copies and deleted, which comes about to the same by my guess) that's about 8*50+ 19 (on page 9) = 419 giveaways entered for that game. This includes several sub 100 entry giveaways, and one with 6 entries in it. Tried trading for it a few times but wasn't able to really find anything at the time.
Also Undertale, but I don't really expect to win that game on this site ^^'

I've wondered the same myself. There even was recently a thread where people listed their most-entered with exact numbers for each... and somehow I doubt it they counted 1 by 1 (though it is not impossible) :)
There's likely an extension that does it (assuming there isn't a straight-on SG functionality that I missed too).

It doesn't offer a ranking of the most entered games (sadly), but kelnage made a nice script that can tell you how (un)lucky you are with giveaways for a specific game.
