Buying webcams

I'm looking to make an Freetrack device and the freetrack website recommended the Ps3 Eye or an Wiimote but both of these are way more expensive than the products original price, for comparison i've found Ps3 Eye selling for 25$ on amazon and here on Brazil they cost R$200, that would be close to $100.
So going to the point, are there any virtual stores that sell webcams and deliver on Brazil?
I'm not used to make internation purchases and i want to know what are the best stores that sell eletronics.
