Do points regenerate over time, or do you have to start giveaways?

They never regenerate. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Use them wisely.

You better make more giveaways to get more points. I get all of my points from 1-entry $150 game bundle giveaways. I'm joking, your points regen when people make giveaways.
