So a winner of my giveaway hasn't been online for more than 4 days (giveaway ended 6 days ago). I had specified that I will invite the winners on Steam and send the key there, however he did not accept me on steam within the day, so I emailed him asking to accept me on steam and explained who I am / why I am inviting him.

I guess he didn't read the email as he has been gone for 4 days now, and as giveaway closed 6 days ago, it's only hours away from hitting a week.

What am I supposed to do? Re-roll this or wait for him to get back (is that even possible?). I mean, if I were him and had a problem, couldn't get online and missed out on winning a giveaway, I would be pretty upset but I think that's irrelevant.

Doesn't he need to confirm that he has received it? Otherwise I'll automaticly get a "gift not sent", won't I?

If you have a screenshoot of the process of sending him the gift by e-mail then you won't have any problem. But you should do that if you send him. Then the problem would be in his part for not activating the game and not clicking the "Gift received". Now you have to decide if he deserves to do that or not.

it won't be gift not sent, it'll stay at "waiting for response" or whatever it says. Which would suck. In my opinion, sending him an email saying you're trying to add him on Steam is good enough. If he doesn't respond after a week, contact support and reroll it

Yeah, that's exactly why I rather give it on Steam chat. I get an instant response from the person, see that he activated the game and in case they forget - ask them to give me feedback. Thanks for advice.
