Anyone know any GG representative I can talk to? Payment got reversed after making a purchase

So, I purchased Bethesda Collection from GamersGate last week. My paypal account and my payment was reversed immediately after I made the purchase(Reason: Suspicious activity). I called paypal the next day and they released my account, but when I told them to unreverse my payment to GamersGate, they told me to contact GamersGate instead because unreverse is not possible. I sent a ticket explaining what happen but still no response from GamersGate.

The game was still on my library, I didn't take the keys because the payment was reversed. But it is gone today, so do you guys think they will let me repay that Bethesda Pack I've already purchase before or they will just doing bullshit like usual? Because it will fucking pissed me off after F5-ing for 3 hours for nothing and got my paypal blocked.

If anyone know any GamersGate representative I can talk to, please let me know.

TL;DR : Buying shit, PayPal got locked after that, payment was reversed as well. Game is gone from library. Need advice.

I doubt GG will help you. They fucked up royal with that bundle and I don't think they'll bend over backwards to re-sell it to you again. Since PP reversed it, it effectively cancelled the sale and GG probably wiped their hands of it.

The order got cancelled because it was an error on their part. Move on, otherwise you are just wasting your time.

I'm wondering why did PP reverse it immediately and locked my account after I bought that bundle?
I'm still not sure if PP is the one who reverse my payment or it was GamersGate, I'm kinda new on this paypal things though.

/shrug Have you bought things there before? I know GMG has issues with payment sometimes because banks think they're a gambling site (lol, I got fucked over on BL2 there). Regardless, if you want answers, you should call PP and ask them what the issue was so you don't run into it in the future. But frankly, as far as your bundle goes, you're screwed. If I were to give it a number I'd say you have a less than 1% chance of getting that sale again. And, that's probably still generous.

I did and they said to contact GamersGate instead because unreverse payment is not possible while GamersGate never respond my ticket. /sigh

Not the core issue. Find out why they stopped it in the first place, not if they can un-reverse it. We already know they can't do that, it's not their sale.

The answer I got is suspicious activity from Paypal. Does that explain? : I still didn't know whose fault is this, Paypal or GamersGate.

May be it was a complaint from GG because you bought the bundle for that price (though it's their responsibility)? I don't know really, I haven't seen anyone else complain about this.

Paypal. They had their own reasons to stop it. Have them define "suspicious" for you so you don't do it again (not saying you actually did anything wrong, just play their game).
