As I remeber few years ago games on Humble Bundle had been directly added to your linked Steam account. And this Bundle is pretty old.
Also when I click on "Redeem on Steam" I get this message:

the sender can not use the link after you claim it and have the key sent to your email.
it cant link to your account anymore so it would have to give a key

- Claimed links become permanently attached to you after you claim it, so nobody else can access it after the first person (you) claims it. I think you have to perform the e-mail verification step to finalize the claim.
- HB is unable to activate directly with Steam anymore, so you will always get a key no matter what. Even if the box is greyed out (because you already own the game) you can still click it and get a working key which you can trade. However, you can use the gift option to generate a gift link instead, which will not generate a key until the gift link is claimed.

Hello,
Have a few questions about the Humble Bundle.
First of all, If I trade for example CS:GO keys for Humble Bundle gift link, which I claimed can I be sure that the trader won't be able to use that gift link and to activate a game by himself.
Secondly, if I have for example Terraria in my Steam library, It shows on Humble Bundle that Terraria is in my Steam library. If I'll click on "Redeem on Steam" button, will link it to my Steam Account or will give me a Steam CD-key which I can activate on other account?
