No, then they will want you to do offers (usually paid) and then maybe you get something, but chance is low. I wouldn't even try it.

I don't remember the exact details,but there was some guy who tried to follow everything sites like this asked you to do and in the end he got either into stuff that require you to provide your phone number/credit card or were impossible to do.

It works perfectly well for them, they get free money from gullible idiots clicking things and signing up for things. If you mean does it work for you, no. :)
