People can be permanently banned and they eventually will be. Don't lose hope and that's why these threads (and the public humiliation the include) are actually good... kinda ;)

It is a beta for a new version of Windows,so they need to test it,and maybe they will add more feature for windows 10 only maybe not
Either way i think most are just calling it Windows 10 edition so they know the beta is meant for Windows 10 and not pissed if they download it and think it is a new beta for older windows.

Which kind of makes sense, since Windows-powered phones and tablets didn't have the Pocket Edition yet, unlike Android and iOS. And a PC version already exists anyway. I just hate how they confuse people with their misadvertisement.
