Problem with Uplay

So today i logged in to my uplay account via steam because i have assassins creed games on steam. I wanted to try this "activate code" in uplay and i started to enter my codes that came with ubi games on steam (assassin's creed, heroes VI etc) and i got this message " your account has been banned for 60minutes " i guess it was because i already activated the keys before in same account of mine. I didn't mind because 60 minutes weren't a long time.

However, i can't connect to my account at the moment. I could be able to connect 1 time and when i click on my games, there was nothing. After i restart uplay, i couldn't connect afterwards and still can't do that. Anyone having same/similar questions lately?
