Those are fine, but other games on your profile count under the bundle rules listed in the FAQ.

Not sure I trust the fact that the winner visible from your profile lacks the game, though he is suspended. Just wondering if you other winner has it, or if maybe the giveaway itself is suspect.

Several of the games you have given away have been in a bundle or were given away for free in large numbers and special rules apply to their contributor value.

The first $25 of bundle games are counted as non-bundle. Value above that is only added to a maximum of 20% of your non-bundle contribution.
That means you can only reach a contribution of $30 with bundle games alone ($25 + (20% * $25)).

Formula:

adjustedbundlevalue = bundlevalue - Min( bundlevalue , $25 )
adjustednonbundlevalue = nonbundlevalue + Min( bundlevalue , $25 )

contribution = adjustednonbundlevalue + Min( adjustedbundlevalue , adjustednonbundlevalue * 20% )

You sure you gave away Dishonored? Cause that 1 winner does not have it on his account, and is suspended for what I suspect is feedback fraud :P

Do not take contributor value in account if you just want to give games. See it as an added bonus.
