Hi there! I realized you're relatively new so you may not have seen that some puzzles provide absolutely no indication of how to solve, yet there is always a solution you can discover on your own. Mine aren't quite as devious as some of those, but I will give you some direction.
I've been doing these weekly for the past 21 weeks now. Just search for nono in Puzzles and you'll see plenty of previous puzzles to choose from. Any one of them will get you started on the right track.
I'll let others pipe up whether it's worth it :D

The video at the end of the post shows exactly that! Also, the nonogram wiki does a nice job of explaining it too.
The basics: the numbers tell you how many consecutive blocks to fill in. Two or more numbers means there is at least one empty block between those numbers two. So in a 25x25 grid, if you see a row with 25, you would fill it that entire row. A row with "10 14" means fill in the first 10, leave a blank, then the remaining 14.
The video goes into more depth and is well worth watching to get a visual idea. I also recommend you try a few 5x5 puzzles on the site just to get a quick idea.
