Negative feedback?

Two weeks ago I created three giveaways, my first time, and I sent the key to the winners via email.
Now, two of them left me a positive feedback, but one of them left a negative "Not received gift" feedback.
I tried to add him on Steam, tried to talk with him via email, no reponse in both cases.

What can I do now?
