If I were a mod/admin, I wouldn't know what to do with this case. On your side, he did the wrong here. But as of now, we don't know his side. And for all we know, you sent him invalid/used gift url/key.

it could be a misunderstanding. whenever I redeem a gift, steam would try to redeem it twice, the second time giving me the error message that it was already redeemed. it confused me a bit, the first time.

1) If it has been less than 7 days since the giveaway ended, you have to wait until that time is up. Says so in the FAQ.
2) Don't call people out on the forums. The FAQ has an e-mail to contact with any issues, you'll also find it in the bottom right corner of ANY page on this site saying "contact". Report it there, not here.

I did read and understand the first post. The post doesn't say when the giveaway ended. That's why I said "If it has been". The second one was exactly what the comment before me (by a mod) says, but in a different way. Reporting here is not what is supposed to be done.

The first post doesn't say that the user posted "not recieved" or that they they hadn't left any feedback at all. So I assumed that they hadn't left any feedback yet. Which WOULD fall into the waiting 7 days.

It also helps to read and understand what I said before commenting.
I said IF. I wasn't implying anything. I was being polite and saying that regardless of how it's marked, there are 7 days between the end of the giveaway and requesting mod or admin intervention. If those days are up, then the issue should be brought to the attention of the mods or cg, as loko (a mod) said below me. Otherwise, then the people have to just wait it out.
