I fail to see the relevance of your comment. Firstly, anyone who doesn't activate their wins gets suspended anyway. Secondly, anyone who tries to trade a second-hand key, or do anything with it other than immediately activate it for that matter, is a moron, since there's no way of knowing if it's used or even valid and not just a random string of numbers. Also, none of this is even relevant to a username change here, since the rest of the profile data stays exactly the same and has essentially no relation to one's trade dealings.

How many people would be interested in something like this? Obviously not synced up with your Steam username, but maybe just a one-time username change. I would like to, in my case, because SG did not format my name the way I meant it to (ArctosUS), and also because I just do not use this name for anything anymore.
