Rule on bumping trades?

Trying to understand the rules here so I do not get banned or anything. I read the FAQ, but it isn't clear.

I can trade game keys here yes? (such as GMG keys that work on Steam)

How frequently can I self bump?

You bump by clicking the button in the top right corner once an hour.

Use the integrated bump feature when you need to bump your trade, and do not post and remove comments in an attempt to increase visibility.

you can trade anything you want, steam keys, origin, blizzard, uplay, items, etc. (except accounts)
