Does a BLACKHOLE coupon work on the collector's edition? (also, unannounced pricedrop)

Sometimes Steam coupons work on special editions of games, sometimes they don't, so I thought I'd better ask before I go looking to trade for one. If anyone's got a coupon and doesn't mind checking I'd appreciate it. :)

Also worth pointing out: the game's base price has been dropped, so even though it's been in an 80% sale before, it's now cheaper with a 75% coupon.

I shouldn't complain about someone generous enough to give the coupon away in the first place, but even the person I asked for the coupon ignored the question. :/ Anyway, the bad news is that no, the coupon does not work for the Collector's Edition. Still a good deal for the base game though and the upgrade option is reasonably priced.
