Hello ,

i have a problem with a particular case , i sent key for winner and after 2 days don't have any response . Now i'm checking the profile of winner and i see that account is suspended . How i close the giveway ? I'm sure that key is correct but i don't know if winner's account will be reactivated .

Wait for a week.
If still not marked as 'received' then make a support ticket

If key not yet revealed, send a ticket to support to reroll with the reason the winner is suspended

If your winner is suspended you can ask for a re-roll to SG support with a ticket.
