bought indie gala 11 from indiegala official site, didnt recive / cant find keys..? please help

hey all, newbie here, but i was curious as to if anyone else here was familiar with the pay what you want promotion for the indie gala 11 bundle via the official site.
i purchased it myself, but it has become apparent that did not recieve keys, i couldnt find them in account / serial numbers, nor in my email & the only email i did get which was supposed to link/redirect me to somewhere where i could apparently view the keys didnt work. its a button with the title of the bundle but when i click on it it doesnt do anything much, if at all, and in short still doesnt show me the keys.
am i missing something?
i looked at the FAQ & it was stated that if you still have not recieved the key to lodge a support ticket, which i have done, but it did make a point of saying there could be a 30 minute wait at least to actually recieve the keys, so should i just wait it out a bit longer..?

aaaaaanywho, so yeah in short, does anyone know wtf is happening? thanks in advance, sorry for rant.

Click the link in your email, scroll down to the page to find the icon for Indie Gala 11 and click it.

I didn't receive the keys too, but at indie bundle 9 i see them

xylotism, i did try that, it took me to my profile page, but there were still no keys listed in the section i imagine they were supposed to be located in.

& nanos, how long did it take roughly just out of curiosity until your email with the keys came?

I purchased the bundle an hour ago and got my email instantly.
The email contains a link you have to click to get the keys.

ok i walk you through what i do & where it gets me (nowhere :p )

im hoping the emails titled 'indie gala purchase!'

i click the first redirect link to my profile

i go to the area called your indiegala bundles where a button with the indiegala 11 logo is listed.

i click that, nothing happens except for the section of the windows slightly extends like something should be appearing, & below that, some "drm free bonus content download called imperial glory :p

Maybe try a different browser. You could contact their support or wait it out.

i tried on both ie & firefox, both to no avail. have also lodged a ticket with support. yup, will just have to wait.
