I used to love Spiral Knights, but the Devs keep changing it for worse with every update they release, sadly. With SK no longer being the game I once loved, I think my favourite F2P game nowadays would be Path of Exile.
PoE has its many flaws, but at least it's truly FREE.

Ghost Recon Phantoms and Fistful of Frags

Currently Hearthstone & Warframe, in the future will probably be Heroes of the Storm.

World of Tanks, World of Warcraft (I played the Official server and I feel like it's free because everything you get there is with your effort and not paying for them hu3 and the excelent costumer service)
