War thunder, World of Tanks. Both kinda grindy :/

In this moment, the best f2p is Unturned, 100% f2p.

Dota 2 and also I love to play Robocraft, it is new early access game, f2p with small aspects of pay to win and pay to skip grinding, so yeah even tho f2p system is not that good they have tiers system so you are not in big disadvantage over players who pay for robots and premium.
