I've reached my 200 items Steam Market sale limit and filled out the form. How much time does it take to get approved, and should the fact that I'm a minor take a negative effect?

There were 2 different forms, you had to choose the one that didn't ask you for a SSN...

I never received any emails. I'm from the states, so the process is probably a bit more streamlined and simplified over here than it is for where you're located. As long as you supplied truthful information, everything should be fine. If Steam support has to be involved, it could be a while.
