I think you can only use homebrew apps if you give it some kind of chip that looks like a 3DS game, its all very confusing but the short part is apparently it doesn't work half the time from what I have heard :/ They should just make a wire to connect the PC to the 3DS like a vita or something.

oh i avoid most emulators lately because its not the same feel. i wanna buy a 3ds but broke and buying dark souls 3 soon

You should just buy a cheap controller and save yourself the trouble.
I tried using the PSP as a controller once and it was a lot of hustle to make everything run smoothly. It's not worth it.

Hey guys,
Just wondering if its possible for someone to use their 3DS as a controller on your PC for say, a DS emulator? I've heard that you can use the Wii U gamepad as a controller but I don't have a Wii U. But I am assuming if the Wii U can be used as a controller then the new 3DS should as well? I mean, they both came out close to each other.
