No, it means you need a payment address from those countries. Amazon only actually has any interest in you if you live in one of the world's richest countries, everyone else is just an inconsequential potential customer they do not care about.

The usual mish-mash of DLCs and assorted random game-related stuff bundle for E3. If Twitch would be the usual Turbo, I may consider it, but now only the Tyranny portrait pack is the one thing I could actually add. And it is not exactly something I couldn't live with, so I just enter the giveaways. :)
I hope the SGDQ pack will have a nice selection of fresh indies next month.

The 1tier is worth it if you can use the Amazon coins that like getting 4 dollars free.
The BTA is a good choice but only if you want Xcom..

Yeah I am not sure why it is like that for the coins,games make sense as those are up to the publisher not the re-seller as far as region locks and so forth.
Maybe it is due to laws?There has to be a good reason as you know Amazon just will not turn away profits.

Can anyone tell me if it they think it would be easy (and have enougth interest) trading the amazon code and dlc? And btw are those dlc (tier 1 mostly) giftable on sg?
I can't redeem amazon (bs elitist typical of amazon). Weren't for my hype for Rock of Ages 2(and wanting the dlc) and the WL gemini heoes i wouldn't even bother- but only if i can get someting out o the amazon code.

If the Amazon codes don't stack with the codes they've given out countless times in the past, then there's probably not going to be any interest whatsoever. Given the last time they were in a T1 bundle, even basic interest appears to be nearly nil, with most people having just just key-dropped it then.
Generally there's about as little interest in trading the DLCs, as well, though content- (versus cosmetic-)delivering higher tier ones may be an exception.

Thanks so much for the info- you sir just saved me from a disapointment. As little as T1 costs my card is limited and theres still a sale around the corner- and more then once i lost one purchase for very little (even rushing to sell cards lol).
That means i will have to GA scavenge for Gemini Heroes and buy the rock of ages dlc down the line. Damn. I hope they decide to give this particular dlc for free for owners of the first one.

Someone confirmed the Amazon codes are not stackable. :X
Gemini is probably going to be easy to get in trade, between the low-tier availability here and the double-keys the past Groupees bundle gave. On the other hand, E3 DLCs aren't reliably available on Steam- they often tend toward being E3 exclusive. There's really no telling how the Rock of Ages one'll go, with the base game not out yet. :/
