Maybe g2a or kinguin, if not and it being rather new you don't have much chance then waiting on some sale and then you still don't get a major discount usually, i am all for treating yourself once a while, but if money is such an issue i wouldn't spend $15+ on a game still if i were you. And maybe steam summer sales, but you never know.

Well, that's coming from someone who just got a 1320 euro graphic card just last week, am also without a job (tax refund) but i atleast know i got some money incoming, but as to games, even with a job i'd rarely would ever spend $15+ on a game, because especially these days also you never know it might get bundled even 1-2 months after a release, which happens once a while.
Atleast you won't let your dog suffer over it, which is good, guessing you go for the game, so enjoy.

ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC, best there is (and got this one in particular for it's quietness), i paid about 3500 for the whole pc, but gaming is pretty much my only hobby, and well this will last many years, so not much costs in the future keeping it upgraded.
Not sure what you mean with juice as in shortage of space or just it's starting to fail on you? Thought they would last a bit longer then that.
Does your girlfriend have an income, do you share, or each for theirselves?

same here. Bought bunch of keys and worked perfectly.
Once had duplicate key - they exchanged that in a beat.

HRK and Gamivo have it for €20, but it seems to be a "Steam gift" rather than the usual key so I'm not sure how it works. Mordhau on Steam is €25, so buying from Steam directly seems to be the best option.
