Only one winner or only one entry? If it's only one winner with multiple entries, that's exactly the situation in which you'd re-roll. If there was only one entry then I'd agree that a support ticket is probably the only way to go.

Only one entry, I fixed the wording. If there were other entries I can reroll, but there's only one so I'm not sure what to do. I'll probably create a support ticket, hopefully it will get resolved quick.

I think you can choose any reason you want because it's such an unusual situation. Just be sure to write a description in the ticket. Personally, I would choose "Accident" :)

I just got the achievement of joining the elite club of people with the level 5 at a certain website, so I would like to do a celebration. And like any celebration, there's a cake. This time it's in the shape of a train, I hope you all would join in the fun with me.

Bonus question: what do you do with the case of a giveaway with only one winner who hasn't came online for weeks and hadn't activated the key? Because there is only one entry I can't reroll, and I don't know what reason to choose when I try to delete the giveaway.
