I have heard that you don't receive any more CV for bundle games after $30 of bundle games. What games are considered bundle games?

Is that permanent or does the asterisk go away after a certain amount of time?

From the "Create giveaway" when you're choosing a game to giveaway, any game marked with * was previously in a bundle.
