It seems like you do not know how this site work.
Also, skipping the fact that you seem not to know how giving games away works (it's not by giving the account itself, but by either giving someone a gift through the inventory, a gift link (i.e. Humble Bundle) or a key), there is no reason for people to believe you that you'll actually give the games to anyone because of the fact that you haven't given the games to previous winners on this site.

Selling, trading or giving away your Steam account can and will more than likely get the account locked down. This will also apply to any other accounts you have. Like d3m4n said it's against the rules of Steam to do so.

That doesn't matter and is nothing of interest. It doesn't matter if you are really giving away your account or just farming subscriptions.
The other users only citicize two things:
- giving away / sharing an account is against Valve's ToS for Steam. Therefore it is neither allowed on this site (that includes promoting sth. like this).
- Asking users to do any actions (Facebook and Twitter are only examples, YouTube subscriptions are the same) to join a giveaway is also forbidden.
Therefore this topic will be closed when the moderators are noticing it and you might get a ban (though this probably won't hurt you if you never gonna game or do anything related again).
Your account, your VAC ban ..all that doesn't matter, so stop wasting time by justifying yourself.

I love how the new two-way blacklist is perfect for cases like this. I don't even care that much about people like this entering my mediocre GAs (although you don't deserve any free stuff imho), but now we can easily protect ourselves from entering such fake GAs! :)

Their current violations within this thread- of inappropriate behavior, expressing content which violates proprietary rights of a third party, failure to deliver games, and promotional content offered outside of a giveaway- may indeed all not amount to a permanent suspension; However, SG prohibits account sharing, and the OP just clearly acknowledged their account is going to be shared. The fact that ownership is going to swap, rather than being overlapping, is irrelevant- staff has enough grounds for a permanent suspension based off that fact alone.
Users are limited to one account per person, and accounts should not be shared.
