Is Dark Messiah on sale somewhere?

There has been a noticeable spike in the number of Dark Messiah giveaways recently, but I can;t find it on sale anywhere. Someone mind pointing me in the right direction?

Or maybe a lot of people suddennly became aware they could use the Steam key from the CD version and give it away (somewhat illegal I believe).
