Netflix account

Does anyone has one of these shared netflix accounts?
Now that it's finally available in my country, I'm trying to get an account, but Netflix made it impossible to get one unless you know someone since I don't have a credit card. From what I understood, people in the US get a shared account and they don't mind sharing it with people they just met in the street which they probably got elsewhere. If anyone could kindly share an account I could not thank him enough.
I will be the only who use it and will not share with anyone else, people here don't even know what it is. I will not change the password whatsoever.
I can trade for it tf2 items if necessary (metal).

I hope I'm not breaking a rule by doing this, if I am please let me know and don't ban me :(
