A lot of Valve employees are redditor and i'm pretty sure they are watching this subreddit. If you are a redditor you know what you need to do. If you don't know anything about reddit, it is a website like forum with a lot of categories where you can post, vote posts to make them up or down and comment.

That would be useless IMHO.
Instead, they should stop making dota2 items and sets so dota2 key price would back to their old price.

Pop ups are super annoying unless you are getting a free game. Try getting 10 trade offers at once.

We already get a green icon. I don't need a popup disruption. If you're a trader, you're looking at these notifications from time to time anyway.
