Have contacted them twice, One they didn't even reply, sended a new one... AGAIN.

The problem for me was that I had to actually send in the request again. Go back to the vote page and submit it again. Then follow the directions and it'll finally come. You can't just refresh the page and expect it to show up, even though that would be the natural assumption.

i tried the suggestions here but it was glitched for me(and i was on the page on the 12th already)

After spending all day trying to do the survey and dealing with timeouts, I was never able to submit. wtf was the url?

LOL, Totally forgot about that. Fortunately found the link I got in mail after sending those votes when it was saying to wait 24h and it showed page with "Thank you for verifying your details. Your game is on the way." and got the key right away. :D

Been 4 or so days, and the link they gave me doesn't even work. I submitted a ticket to them about it, and they said to wait 24 hours, when I had obviously waited for more then 24 hours.
