Why does no one use Impulse Driven?

This is a Steam redeemable game on there and for a good price. It has lots of good Steam games for amazing prices. :D

I bought Dark Souls from amazon earlier this month. I'm not sure how much it is on impulse (Doesn't show the price because of my region) but I doubt it'd beat amazon's price.
