Duplicate key - no clue what it is so.... keydrop!

Correct me if Im wrong, but if it said it was a dupe and didnt ask you to install the corresponding game. Doesnt that mean you didnt own the game and the key you posted was dupe before you posted it?

It didn't tell me the key was already redeemed, it said I already owned the game.

The steam client normally tells you what the game is when this happens - but sometimes it doesn't for whatever reason.
