Rome Total War [Problem]

i won Rome here for a while ago and i got the game and have installed it and everything

BUT when i'm trying to play the game it says
"Failed to contace key server"

Is there any way i can get my code?

I checked the normal steam support tab about this -Where people are asking for help- and they said to wait like 5 hours or so... but i have waited like 1 day now :(

Anyone know how to solve this?
