hw 2 safley ovrclock humin? [not quite a puzzle]

so my frend is down wit real bad viruz, i run vairuz scan norton 720 and it sey mayb it spywear. so i reserch on internt abbot this and i find that overclok help kill varius. but problm is when fried is overclockd his temprature rise to abuv 40 degrease cellcius. frend cannot aford lickweed culling, and high tempurature is not gud for him. so hao to strafely overclock to kill warios withut kill freind? help is very apreciate, mutha is much angshus.

In case you didn't realize, the overclocking of a human is the equivalent of a fever which is what I was alluding to. Quite profound, I know. :)
