Yea, it was a mistake to buy previous, incomplete Europa Universalis IV bundle ;)). Now I dont have expansion: Leviatan, Emperor, Conquest of Paradise and most of content packs. But it is hard to justify for me to buy whole bundle again only for these dlcs ;).

Aside from that - $3 more for extra dlcs compared to the previous deal.might just be worth it to finaly buy it.

Ah yes, the complete collection, minus some dlc that you'll have to buy seperately. Truly, this is the most complete collection possible.

Excellent deal for those missing multiple expansions. I already own all of them but I'm tempted to buy this bundle for the music, unit and content packs.

Whys is it so expensive and still incomplete?
Never played grand strategy games, but really like strategy games (turn based and real time), was always wanting to try one. Would this bundle be a good start?

Not really my thing , and already bought (unnecessary?) strategy games during a sale recently. To top off my already big pile of strategy.

That's damn expensive for a 9 year old game that doesn't even work on modern computers...

Is there anyone who would like to start their adventure with EU4 and want to buy tier 4? I miss content packs (excluding Cradle of Civilization), Ultimate Unite Pack, Ultimate Music Pack, Ultimate E-Book Pack, Monuments to Power Pack. I calculated that they cost around 25% of the Tier 4 Bundle. If someone wants to buy together, I can pay around 4.5-5 €. Unit, Music, Content Packs are add-ons containing skins and additional music, they are not necessary to enjoy all the game mechanics;)

Anyone knows if this game development ended (and they will be moving to EU V for example) or there are still planned DLCs??

Ps. If someone does not want to compare what is included and what is missing (i just checked for myself). There are 2 DLCs missing:

• Europa Universalis IV: Guns, Drums and Steel Volume 3 Music Pack
• Immersion Pack - Europa Universalis IV: Origins

And of course any future if they plan to make new ones;).

Even if it is not necessary wise, I am still thinking if buy it or not :). But if there are still planed new DLCs then would prefer to wait for a new really complete bundle (It would be annoying to buy 2 time such bundle and then there will be 3rd one with the same and new dlcs ;) )

I bought the tier 1 for fun and tried the game out a bit, but does not have the patience or motivation to learn this game.

Alright, I can now say that, in retrospect, not buying the last Europa Universalis IV bundle was actually a blessing in disguise.
Plus it helps when I was willing to donate, but not willing to gush €40 at once on a huge bundle.

IDs are nothing special this time, exact same subIDs found in the Ultimate Bundle, except for:

• the base game is subID 28290, a pretty normal looking package, as the store ID is "Store only";
• the Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack is subID 168725, an odd package that only includes itself, but actually unlocked everything anyway.

As usual, beware of the "dummy ID" trap that makes you waste keys: for example, if you got the base game from the store you'd have ID 474590, while this bundle's key comes with ID 476000.
DLCs are safe, as they're all "Store or CD Key" IDs.

Well since I'm not particularly interested in the contents of the two bundles for Ukraine at Humble and Fanatical, I was wondering if I could buy this instead for the few DLCs I'm missing and select a charity that could help Ukrainian refugees (although I feel a bit bad buying a warmongering game with what's going on right now, but at least my money could help actual war victims which matter more than numbers in a videogame). Does anyone know of any specific charities selectable for donation on Humble which could go towards that end or should I go with someting like the International Red Cross?

Got this pack the moment I saw it. I've played Crusader Kinds III and loved it and I understood that although different, it still feels close to home, so it was worth the £15, especially for the price that it carries. I also purchased the last DLC to have a whole package.

Bought the bundle just because only had EUIV and the Common Sense DLC, as well as few that were free at some point.
As of now when choosing Steam(you can make a choice to redeem on Steam or on Epic) Humble give the following messages:

With 8 days left until the end date of the bundle, it would have been better for Humble to make the customer aware BEFORE they purchase the pack, not once one has bought it.
