You can write it that way, but it works out the same in the end?

In the way I've written it, I mean that the $30 doesn't count as non bundle, and thus doesn't get the 20% part meaning someone giving >$30 of bundle games gets $30 CV. Someone giving $100 of non bundle can get up to $30 + (20% * $100) = $30 + $20 = $50 of CV from bundle games.

In the way you write it, the $100 non bundle person gets up to $25 + (20% $25) + (20% $100) = $25 + $5 + $20 = $50 of CV from bundle games.
