Anyone know why the application suggested to switch to a wired connection? Is this like streaming a playable game kinda like the demos at greenmangaming?

I believe the game streams directly from their servers, and latency would be a problem for a wireless connection. Wired is always better for any online gaming.

This. Wireless is still not quite there yet.

It's not dead at all. If Ouya ever gets shipped, I will be mostly playing Onlive games on my tv!

Shame I have all of them already apart from PoP and that PoP doesn't stand for Prince of Persia.

Thank you for the tip, will definitely be trying out Dear Esther.

Beats me why you have to login 4 times to claim them all though. D:

Thanks for the heads up! I've always been a little skeptical of OnLive, but I'm interested in playing Dear Esther and I can't argue with that price.

They desperately want people to join the service, since they got acquired by new investors and have to show that the company has value and an actual userbase. Pity they couldn't get any better titles for this sort of promotion.

I recommend not indulging them.

Dear Esther is awesome!!!!

Uh, no. It's really not.

And Lume, while charming visually, is incredibly short. We're talking minutes here, not hours. POP I do not know.

Defense Grid is of course a pretty good tower defense game, but who doesn't already have it after the countless Steam sales and discounts?

But these indie weekend giveaways started before they were acquired.
