The winner has 7 days to accept, activate and confirm the game, just be patient.
you can optionally try to contact him by mail or Steam.
After 7 days you can create a support ticket, if he still did not confirm the game.

The submitter and winner(s) of the giveaway have seven (7) days to complete the gifting process. This includes the activation of the gift on the Steam account of the winner.

Hey guys, I created my first giveaway which was 3 copies of Dino Horde.
Two of the winners have claimed their prize, but the 3rd winner has not confirmed that he received it
and it has been over 24 hours since the entry closed.
What should I do in this situation, do I wait longer to report he hasn't confirmed?
