Nope. There's no indicator of what you're getting at all. German keys are indistinguishable from other keys.
The titles are just, well, normal ("Red Orchestra 2 Steam Key") and even the keytypes don't give it away if you dig into the front end ("tripwire\_weekly\_redorchestra2steam")

Can you make out german (cut) keys on the Humble Bundle key redeem site directly by their title?
Found the following picture from the THQ Bundle, which apparently clearly says "Titan Quest Steam Key (Germany)".

Now I wonder if this is also true for the current Tripwire weekly sale. Anyone (from Germany) bought it and can tell if there is indeed "(Germany)" added at the end.
