Similar games to Return Fire?

I loved Return Fire. Not aware of similar titles though. Sorry.

From the Wikipedia description of the gameplay, maybe some of the vehicle modes of Unreal Tournament.
From the Wikipedia description of the music though, it sounds like a much more whimsical game than UT. :)

Big fan of return fire. I looked a while back for something very similar but it doesn't exist I'm afraid. There is return fire 2 but its not as good as the first one. You can still get RF1 working on win7 quite effortlessly.

I think its abandonware now so you should be able to downloaded it no problem. I've still got the original :)

I have this game on the 3DO from back in the day. This was one of my favorites on that system, along with Out of This World and Alone in the Dark 1 & 2. Seems I just turned this into a 3DO nostalgic post. Now I want to get Return Fire for PC and play again!

Team Buddies for PS1 maybe? It's a surprisingly deep action/strategy game. Looks cartoonish but give it a chance, it's awesome multiplayer!

I tried to pick up a copy for my 3DO not too long ago and it was still like $40. Great game. I can't think of anything else that's really like it... If something comes to me I'll post.
