Humble Bundle 2 x regular bundles purchase limit ?

i think is restricted to 2 bundles form one of the first origin or ea bundle, anyway if I'm not wrong u can make anotehr account and pay with the same paypal, but i made this about one year ago

2 bundles per each payment method, as far as I know.

Limit is 1-3 depending on the dev/publisher.

other opinions ? I got 3 different ones so far

my best 11x same bundles from HB, but i do some mistakes
i use Virtual Credit Card, with my phone number i can regenerate 2 VCC per month
if dev limit 3 ( like survival bundle) i can purshace 9x same bundles by 1 phone number
failed transaction considered in dev limit!

Just change payment method if possible.
