I mean Turkey's are meant to be eaten so right now they are all bundled up in a lil package in a freezer at Kroger. Jokes aside apparently Turkey is in a place called "Eurasia". So, I'm guessing you should be able to. Might depends on how close you are to Europe or Asia. Not sure though.

According to G2A you can't
G2A has a "check restrictions" option, for example search for a steam game key Europe and in the listing page it will tell you if it can be redeemed in your country and if you press "Check Restrictions" you can choose any country from a long list of countries to check if the region locked key will activate in it or not.
I know from steamdb.info that Turkey has different prices (usually lower from EU Steam Store).

Isnt in this context EU = european unuion and not Europe
Not really. I'm in Serbia and can use 99% of EU keys. Only Square Enix puts us together with CIS (which we're even further away from politically, but are close... financially) so we can buy retail games from that publisher a bit cheaper.
tl,dr; depends on the publisher's key designations

It depends on the game/publisher. Some publishers add Turkey to the EU, some add Turkey to RU/CIS, some create a new depot entry for Turkey - fully region locked.
If you give me the name of the game, I can help you.

It has a "Turkey Only" depot, EU key won't work in Turkey and Turkish key won't work on anywhere else in the world.

As you guys know Turkey's position is a little bit complicated. I want to know which countries can activate EU locked keys.
