Those DLC aren't included in the GotY edition.

So I have recently installed Tomb Raider GOTY ed. and I'm missing 4 DLC's. To be precise- Headshot reticle, Agility skill, Animal instinct and Pistol Silencer. I've checked in my Steam client and all of the other DLC's are there except this one. I can also add them to my Steam basket as purchase for myself.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
